Foam Roller I highly suggest the eva high density foam ones, they don't lose their shape and have just the right amount of padding.

Light weights: 1 - 3 lbs, water bottles work well too if you are traveling.

Inflatable ball: small 9 inch or a child's small beach ball also works.

Don't worry. The classes are easy to follow along and designed to improve the way you move. If you are a beginner, start with The Move Well Collection.

The collection of classes are designed to help you move daily, depending on how your body feels and what type of movement your body is craving. Think of it as an "a la carte" menu. Rotating through the classes is highly recommended. Just press play and repeat :)
