  • HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE WORKOUTS?
    Start your 7 Day Free Trial
  • WHAT DO I NEED FOR THE CLASSES?
    1. Your body 2. A good yoga mat 3. Your subscription 4. Optional items: Foam Roller I highly suggest the eva high density foam ones, they don't lose their shape and have just the right amount of padding. Light weights: 1 - 3 lbs, water bottles work well too if you are traveling. Inflatable ball: small 9 inch or a child's small beach ball also works. Check out "The Equipment Shop" for the above items & my favorite Pilates equipment.
  • WHAT IF I'M NEW TO PILATES?
    Don't worry. The classes are easy to follow along and designed to improve the way you move. If you are a beginner, start with The Move Well Collection.
  • IS THERE A WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE?
    The collection of classes are designed to help you move daily, depending on how your body feels and what type of movement your body is craving. Think of it as an "a la carte" menu. Rotating through the classes is highly recommended. Just press play and repeat :)
  • DO YOU RECOMMEND 2 CLASSES IN 1 DAY?
    Yes, of course feel free to mix up the classes as needed. Highly recommend ending each day with a Sleep Better class.
  • WHAT IF I'M PREGNANT OR JUST HAD A BABY?
    Congrats new mommy! At the moment, we are not offereing Pre & Post Natal classes on the site. But the good news, is they will be coming soon. Sign up to our newsletter for updates. :) In the meantime, you can try this 8 MIN Pilates Booty Workout it's pre & post natal friendly. Remember to always listen to your body and check with your physician first.
